Murder Mystery Theme Wedding - Brighton

Amanda and Nick now based in Berlin had their wedding in Switzerland but wanted to have the celebration in Brighton where they met.

They opted for a 'murder mystery' party at the world famous Grand Hotel in Brighton.

Before that, the three of us plus Amanda's Swiss Chief Bridesmaid met at the Clocktower in the centre of the City and became the centre of attention wherever we went! Loud cheers, applause of outside diners, horn blowing from cars it was a lot of fun as we made our way down the streets, lanes and twittens then down to the seafront and on to the iconic Brighton Bandstand. There we met the guests, took some group photos and we all walked to The Grand Hotel where 2 actors from an events company called Westend Events were waiting to get things started along with a Jazz duo.

Sherlock Holmes was played by Lewis Allcock and Dr Watson by Mark Steere. The Sherlock Homes murder mystery was the murder of Professor Cornelius Kettleworth. During the evening the culpret was discovered and carted off. All the guests dressed up and all were well briefed in character and all played their parts brilliantly.

To round the day off we walked back to the Bandstand to get some photos in the settings sun.
